I once made a deck involving removing Darklords from play, then bringing them back with Escape from the Dark Dimension and Miraculous Descent. Not in real life.

 

Why are these guys prize cards? They're fantastic.

Superbia and Athena are GODLY together. You get any Fairy monster from the graveyard, plus an extra 1200 effect damage.

 

And Edeh Arae is just failure.

It's the name of the Japanese Darklord Deck, meaning "End of the World", a super-heavy deck with only 3 LV 4 or lower monsters-3 Hecatrice. The other monsters are giant fairies.

My friend used $600 on it, and it was damn hard to beat until I got those several Royal Opressions. But Mausoleum still stands.

My friend said that Honest is unneeded. It stays in your hand, and the Darklords' bulk doesn't need it.

I have played this deck. It is tons of fun until you realize that the Darklords are useless and Kristya and LADD are the reasons you win. After a while you find yourself running Frog Monarchs with 3x LADD and 3x Vanity.
