Aqua Neos
"Harpie Lady" + "Harpie's Pet Dragon"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to negate the Summon of a Monster Card and destroy it. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 points for each "Harpie Lady" on the field and in either player's Graveyard. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. RickiMinaj
OP'd. put a drawback Darling, the cost to negate a monster summon is pretty high. 2 cards does a toll on your hand, trust me, i know.... Its perfect and unique.Good job Aqua Neos+ rep for being such a good card maker and such a good member. :
Aqua Neos
thanks Essence, also since it cant be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon it makes it harder to summon thus making it more balanced (plus Harpie's Pet Dragon is a level 7 monster)
RickiMinaj
thanks Essence' date=' also since it cant be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon it makes it harder to summon thus making it more balanced (plus Harpie's Pet Dragon is a level 7 monster)[/quote']You've stated that. But to be honest, it does not really matter what level any of the monsters are, with the enormous amount of fusion support, it's pretty simple to bring out in any the case. But that's not really the problem here, most fusions are. What really balances the card out and what makes it potentially evil is the madness of it negating and destroying monster summons. This could come in handy with cards because even if they state they can't be destroyed by a card effect, this card can still destroy them during their summoning stage. I <3 it so much! Aqua Neos
i know levels dont mean much anymore and there are a lot of fusion support cards, but since Harpie's Pet Dragon is a level 7 one effect 2000 ATK monster it wouldnt help you much if you didnt have any support cards with it... and thanks
Guest Cursed Reaction
Good card. You'll become a great YCM member over time in Realistic Cards! I think it's balanced. I always like to play with the advantage of a larger hand so to negate any summon, I think it's a perfect cost.

Maliki
Well if you have a strict harpie deck you might be slightly unbeatable
Aqua Neos
well then score 1 for the Harpie Deck and 0 for the other deck
Marco Polo
Well, if not using Fushion Gate, this card is summoned with 3050 ATK (one Harpie Lady fushion material in your graveyard.), and probably you've tributed a Harpie Lady for Harpie's Pet Dragon, which means 3350 ATK which makes it a bit overpowered..8/

Duece1991
OP'd. put a drawback It's a fricken fusion summon!!! with harpie pet dragon!!! how is that OP'd? and 2 cards is a lot when you can only draw 1 per turn... think about it' date=' that efect is useful a max of 2 or 3 times dude... stick to making cards because you certainly cant play[hr']i like it dude, beats me when i first started hands down. you have a real future in this and way more potential than me 9/10... the picture didnt remind me of harpie lady or harpies pet... thats why i took the point
Aqua Neos
Duece i added the slight drawback at the end to give people no reason to think this card is OP'd (especially the people who havent played the tcg) i on the other hand, have played the tcg off and on since 2002 so i somewhat know what would be OP'd with a real deck in a real duel

wero-vasto
Harpie Support... sorta xDIf I remember quite good, Harpies Deck focuses on field adventage so this card helps making a good support...Nothing more to say, ehh... the ATK boost is sweet and the Negate effect is smexy~
