My locals is 50% X-Saber, 40% Infernities, 2% Lightsworn, 1% Gladiators, 2% Frogs, 3% Machina, and the rest are noobs who don't know what the hell they are doing.

Nope.

Also, quite a lot of people at my locals know what they are doing.

Sure, there are the odd couple of 5-year olds with Hamon and stuff, but generally it's quite good.

When ever I go to my cardshop, ocasionaly they have mini-tournaments there.

 

Alot of the decks I see are usually gadget based, or its some kind of macro shenanigans.

The players are mostly good, Jerel or whatever his name is (guy who made top 8 with LS Monarch at Edison) goes to my Locals.

Everybody has a different deck, except 2 guys who both have Quickdraw Plants or something like that...

my locals = totally random decks. Everyone there just mostly brings tester decks to work on and then decides whether the deck works or doesnt. People here dont care much about popularity. They just play. When tourney comes they break out their best and baddest. One of my states top 2008 qualifiers for World Championchips goes to the local here.

Back when my locals were still open, LS were so abundant, it wasn't even funny. I usually used my SpeedPort or my GigaSwarm. It was pretty much:

 

80% LS

19% other crap

1% whatever I was using.

20% Plants and Plant Variants

10% Blackwing and BW Variants

10% Exodia and Exodia Variants

5% Dinosaurs(wow i was suprised last week)

4% Six Samurai

 

Only me:1% Earthbounds, Rocks, Clowns and Variants of those

4-9 people where looking for x sabers

3 ran synchro

2 ran dark worlds

3 ran fiends(based off of Goblin King, Darkness Neosphere, Giant Germs, and other stuff)

I ran Rocks

and I say some 6 samurai deck

Ha if you ever come to my locals you will find don zaloogs for trade and so many other cards u need.

I will make it easy and use simple numbers; there are around 30 "good" players at my locals!!

- 7 run Infernities;

- 3 run BW;

- 3 run GB's;

- 4 run Monster Mash;

- 1 runs Quickdraw;

- 6 run Frog variants;

- 1 runs Anti-Meta;

- 2 run Herald variants;

- 1 runs Gadget variants;

- 2 LS variants!!

 

That's what is actually ran at my locals!! Other decks that have good performances are Six Samurai and Gravekeeper's!!
