Since this is spellcaster i like it. Plus u can keep at 1900 is Field Spell is in play. I love it.

OMFG I love this card I actually made a fusion card from it, the effect of the fusion card was actually inspired by Breaker im glad other people like it as much as me:

 

 

Lore: "Dark Magician" + "Dark Magician Girl" + "Breaker The Magical Warrior"

Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). By removing 1 Spell Counter from this card, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. Remove 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters from your Graveyard from play, to put 1 Spell Counter on this card.

Anyway its not even about the cards anymore,

 

The game is more than about the cards. It's also about specific sets, banlists, game mechanics, deck ideas, luck and Konami's current actions that involve and evolve the game all together to begin with.

People are taking this game seriously because:

 

1. Tournaments that actually give away insanly high prices, so we spend as much as possible to a specific deck and win it back by winning Tournaments.

2. Nobody wants to play in a game that only takes 2-3 turns to win against your opponent. This usual resolves Konami making decisions that changes the banlist. Granted, some of the choices that Konami makes are downright absurd, but it does seems to work to stop meta decks.

I find it funny how the speed of the metagame and how when better cards are released places on the banlist tend to change around. This was a perfect example of what can happen.

 

It's still good, 1900 Beater, 1600 ATK +1.
