Mr. Judgment Dragon
Can be at 3 if banworthy win conditions and generic revival are banned since it is pretty much unusable without stuff like Limit Reverse, Graceful Revival or a Zombie World Revival Engine in your Deck or Perfect Circle Decks. Then again, there's this whole thing that it turns any revival card you can use on it into Pot of Greed + 1 weak Monster that can be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon or whatever. Canadian
This is an example of how newer cards add to the "no, if this returns it will only be more OP'ed" suggestion. It's fine @0.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
This is an example of how newer cards add to the "no' date=' if this returns it will only be more OP'ed" suggestion. It's fine @0.[/quote'] It isn't really that. It's more like, with all these banworthy win conditions we have nowadays still walking around, we can't allow this card to return until they're dealt with. Newer cards don't necessarily make this true but in some cases, they can add another 1 or 2 banworthy win conditions.

Even without banworthy win conditions, speeding up the drawing of Smashing and Fissure and such becomes game breaking.
Zauls
Card deserves to be @0 and will stay @0 for a while. However, they didn't seem to even take a look at Fortune Lady Water, which is, in essence, a Disk Commander for Fortune Ladies.
Guest PikaPerson01
However' date=' they didn't seem to even take a look at Fortune Lady Water, which is, in essence, a Disk Commander for Fortune Ladies.[/quote'] Maybe because the support that works for reviving Disk Commander (Graceful Revival, Limit Reverse, and LADD) aren't the same as the support that SS-es water? (I don't play them Fortune Fairies, so someone else is gonna have to fill in this part.)

Dr. Cakey
Card deserves to be @0 and will stay @0 for a while. However' date=' they didn't seem to even take a look at Fortune Lady Water, which is, in essence, a Disk Commander for Fortune Ladies.[/quote'] You don't need another Destiny Hero on the field for Disc Commander to net you two cards. Water needs a fully dedicated Fortune Lady deck to utilize, and is searchable by approximately 1 card (Lighty). For Disk Commander to be at anything other than 0, Limit Reverse and Graceful Revival would both have to be b&, along with CotH and a slew of other stuff I just can't think of right now. Oh yes, Fear Monger. Basically, the two don't even compare.
TechnoDoomedOne
Zombie World + Disk Commander + Generic Zombie Revival = I draw 2 cards and get a monster that I can Tribute or use as Synchro Material. Also, put Destiny Draw back at 2 or 3 and... You get it, right?
