I mean +3---------------------------Total -> +2 It is a +1, but it is very hard to pull of. For comparison, Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth OTK requires the king himself, a field spell and another card. But there are ways other than the field spell to summon him and the last card can be any card that you wish. It is easier to do and gives you a bigger reward. He's slighly better, but when it comes to LIGHT fairies, i'm sure id rather use Krystia or Herald. You can just use PoC... <.< Not really. Only to copy name and effect.
