When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all cards on the field. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard to change 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position, and reduce its ATK to 0 until the End Phase.

 

Discuss on this card whose second effect is gone unless you have Mystic Tomato or Gigavise.

I've never usedthe 2nd effect, though the nuking has saved me on several occasions!

The second effect was discussed not to long ago.

 

I never use it. I'd rather Debris with Dandylion, nuke the field, get two tokens for next turn.

But 2nd effect gives use to those used up Lonfires when you already have 2-4 tokens on the field...

 

Then: BRDs effect > flip opponent's monster > suicide with token...

Before this was Limited, I think I used to use a second BRD to get rid of the first for the second effect. It was OK.

The second effect really only has purpose when you don't, or won't need the first. Obviously, with BRD Limited, it needs to be saved for the first effect. Though the second one is quite useful, deals huge amounts of damage almost costlessly.

i only manage to use the effect with the rare mystic tomato thats in my graveyard.... its a good effect but very overlooked....

 

if you ask alot of players IRL, alot of them dont realise BRD has 2 effects. :/

Yeah. True. One of my friends who didn't look at the anime after 5D's was shocked to death when I used it on Mystic Tomato. He's basically like "hei wait kenta doez dat caad eben hab that efectt"

Until i played TeleDAD with Tomato, i didn't even realized that it had second effect
