If you mean Ronintoadin, it essentially is a balanced Treeborn Frog when you remove Substitoad from the equation. Yado-Karu is still trash though. They could but the thing is that Ronin itself is balanced and becomes broken in the presence of Substitoad. Ronintoadin which is a balanced Treeborn Frog gives more to the game than a Frog dumping machine like Substitoad who also fuels other OTKs which aren't good for the game. Substi only has a little more use cause it's allows for Grave fuel but other than, it cant do much else. Ronin by itself is useless (amost anyway) and regardless of the matter, with the right set-up, becomes a 2nd Treeborn Frog every turn when needed.
