Great Unclean One: VK
XYZ deck? No, too stupid. Or perhaps not?
MrCodyPwns
XYZ deck? No, too stupid. Or perhaps not? Eh...close. I ran a copy back when I had a XYZ deck. Didn't do too much. But, I will admit, with the new fusion/synchro monsters coming out, this card may see some use... Maybe...

darkwolf777
lol bad rulings If you mean this because your opponent must be able to Special Summon 1 monster, it would be because Special Summoning is not optional (it doesn't say "you CAN"). Even though "up to 2" should include 0, its unfortunate that due to it being mandatory, each player must be able to Special Summon at least 1 monster. Expelsword
If it ignored the summoning conditions Destiny End Dragoon meta... for now... hmm... use 2 BEUDs for FHD with Dragon's Mirror?
Mr. Judgment Dragon
If it ignored the summoning conditions Destiny End Dragoon meta... I miss my Destiny End Dragoon Chain Material Decks :( So much fun. But no this probably won't be able to boost them even if it did. Yeah. Gotta hate BKSS. Master of Chaos™
Like Evil Guy said this card may see some Use with the new Fusion Monsters coming out. But it's mainly Good with Absolute Zero and no other monsters.

Kaisu
With an Instant Synchro this could be a good counter to Bottomless. Only it's too slow.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
was meant for Ab 0 after a Miracle Fusion. still, there are funnier ways you can abuse Ab 0.
Tronta
bkss isn't always bad. it fixed fairy archer after all.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
bkss isn't always bad. it fixed fairy archer after all. BKSS also ruin cards that would otherwise be decent. The consistency of those incidences is astounding. BKSS contriadicts how this card is worded and that is terrible.
Blaze Pyro
If you mean this because your opponent must be able to Special Summon 1 monster, it would be because Special Summoning is not optional (it doesn't say "you CAN"). Even though "up to 2" should include 0, its unfortunate that due to it being mandatory, each player must be able to Special Summon at least 1 monster. On wikia it says you can't use it if either player has no removed monsters. Does that mean both players need monsters removed or does it just mean someone needs one removed? Just Crouton
It's Yugioh Vs. GX! It's a bad manga adaption vs. bad manga adaption's sequel! Return Absolute Zero, SS the materials, then Miracle again?
darkwolf777
On wikia it says you can't use it if either player has no removed monsters. Does that mean both players need monsters removed or does it just mean someone needs one removed? Correct. As in what I said that you quoted, Special Summoning is not optional. It is not optional for EITHER player. Both players MUST Special Summon up to 2 monsters. You cannot choose 0 because then you are not Special Summoning anything, which is why both players must Special Summon at least 1 monster.
Master of Chaos™
Dark Wolf is right on this one. Both Players must Special Summon at least 1 monster or otherwise the Fusion monster cannot be returned to the Deck.
