[Aqua/Effect]

When this card is Sumoned, it is switched to defence position. If a "Crystal Beast" monster inflicts battle damage to your opponent's Lifepoints, you can select 1 Equip Spell from your deck and add it to your hand.

Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle -WIND-

Lvl4

[Winged-Beast/Effect]

When this card is Summoned, you can return 1 "Crystal Beast" monster you control to your hand. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your hand.

....Not sure if that would help, but ehh

Turtle's effect is sort of based on the fact how I prefer equip-based Crystal Beasts, as they can easily get high ATK with the @3 Mage Power and what-not

This card can attack your opponent directly. If you do, select 1 "Crystal Beast" monster in your Graveyard and place it in your Spell and Trap Card Zone.

Once per turn, you can switch this card to Defense Position. When this card is placed in your Spell and Trap Card Zone, send 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to add 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from your Deck to your hand OR return 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck to add 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is Summoned, you can destroy it.

 

 

 

[spoiler=Cobalt Eagle]

Once per turn, you can return 1 "Crystal Beast" monster on the field to the hand. If you do, this card gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. While in your Spell and Trap Card Zone, all "Crystal Beast" monsters you control gain 400 ATK.

EDIT: almost forgot, they all have also *generic Crystal Beast effect* in there (or at least, imagne its there)

Alright, ima re-try my "fix the Crystal Beasts" gimmick, except I'm going to completly re-vamp the whole idea. K?~

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except from your hand, and only if you have at least 9 "Crystal Beast" monsters on your side of the field and/or in your Graveyard. You can Send 1 "Crystal Beast" monster you control to the Graveyard at the time of this card's Special Summon. If the opponent activates a card effect, you can Remove from play 2 "Crystal Beast" monsters in your Graveyard to negate the activation and effect of that card and destroy it. During your Main Phase 1, you can Remove from play this card and all cards on your side of the field to return all cards in your opponent's Graveyard, hand, and field to his/her deck and shuffle it. Your opponent then draws 5 cards. If you activate this effect, you cannot preform your Battle Phase this turn, and you cannot Summon other monsters until your Opponent's End Phase.

If they all had decent effects that activated in the S/T zone they would be better (and could make a weird tag partner with a Spell Conter Deck)

 

Eagle could allow 1 CB to attack 2 times.

 

Tortoise Could allow a once per turn per CB removal prevention.

 

Mammoth could provide Piercing

 

Tiger could boost 400 ATK

 

Carbuncle could SS a lv3 or lower CB once per turn

 

Cat could allow a once per turn direct attack at the cost of only one monster attacking (combo with eagle) allowed if you activate the effect.

 

Pegasus could send 2 CB to the grave from the deck to SS one CB from the deck once per turn.
