Jаy Jаy
Original Effect:This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Dusk of the Herald". The ATK of all face-up non-Fairy-Type monsters becomes 0. Once per turn, you can Tribute 2 other monsters to Special Summon 1 "Final Light" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. When a Fairy-Type monster declares an attack, your opponent cannot activate Spell and Trap Cards until the End Phase. Original Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Final Herald". When this card is Special Summoned, you can add 1 "Herald" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. The ATK of this card is equal to the original ATK of all face-up monsters. During your End Phase, destroy this card and gain 1700 Life Points. Comments from the Author:-This card is a counterpart to "Herald of Perfection".-The Ritual Spell Card for ""Herald of Perfection" is known as "Dawn of the Herald". The Ritual Spell Card for this card is "Dusk of the Herald".-"Final Light" will be awesome...-Dun forget to +Rep the Author.
.Nu-13
I'll wait until i see Final Light and Dusk of the Herald. But so far, looks great. Turns all Fairies into Ancient Gears
Jаy Jаy
probably not gonna post dusk since its just a regular ritual. I might add an effect though o.o
Blake
OP. Reducing the attack to 0 is way too much, Maybe make it unable to tribute summon non-Fairies?

Jаy Jаy
I bet you guise will yell at me @ Final Light. The image I found was 200% beautiful.
Icy
This doesn't work like a regular herald You're missing 2 cards which make this card un-judgeable. And whats with the last part? +Rep the Author? Wtf?
byak
This isn't good in Herald decks. You summon this, they have an out.You summon this and Herald of Perfection, you will have used most of the fairies in your hand and you won't be able to negate their outs.I'd rather just use Archlord Kristya. RickiMinaj
Oh my oh my, you forgot to put the ritual part on the card. Fairy / Ritual / Effect :3 Haha, sweetheart, you also know that what you just created right now was a cluttered effect mess right. Sure the theme revolves around faries, but that's to borad a theme. You need to make it more specific, and i really wanna see the image for the ritual card. By the way, is this Final Light" going to be a Normal Monster? Jаy Jаy
I guess it's time to post Final Light.
RickiMinaj
The attack advantage of final light is hella broken. If another monster does come out on the field, it immidietly matches it's ATK, and you cant really have him out without final herald. So add another 2200 to that, Overpowered :3. May i just congratulate you on picking such an original number as 1700 to multiply your Life Points by.
Jаy Jаy
It requires 2 monsters to summon and its destroyed during end phase, I don't think it's that broken O.o
CMRenji
The first one is very OP'd. If your opponent doesn't use any Fairy-type monsters, most of their monsters are probably useless. Then the other 2 effects make it even more OP'd. The second one is extremely OP'd. You can probably end the duel with the damage you can inflict with it and when it's destroyed on your End Phase, you gain 1700 LP. But, they still have great OCG, names and pics. Final Herald: 8.9/10 Final Light: 8.1/
Jаy Jаy
And I just wanted to end the Synchro Abuse =\My cards are generally OP, but relate them to Tier 1 not Tier 3. Herald could easily be destroyed. And after all, it's an OTK lockdown.

Herald could easily be destroyed. And after all, it's an OTK lockdown. I understadn they are tier one, but you are aware that even tier one cards have restrictions and drawbacks... these cards seem to give you the power for a small a cost as tributing 2 fairies you can find on the street. And if you do tribute Final Herald to bring out final light, then take not that all monsters gain their attack back making final herald one of the deadliest cards in the game. It could create and attack lock with "The Wicked Avatar" making both of them of have infinite attack points :

RickiMinaj
Can't Tribute Final Herald for it's effect. Ohh, wel okay then. Biut it's not even restricted to fairy monsters. I mean i could tribute 2 sheep tokens and do this :
Jаy Jаy
2 Tributes is considered a lot, and likely, you won't be using Scapegoat. Even if you did, getting this monster out is a burden, and on top of that, you have to Tribute 2 more monsters?

CMRenji
>call a card extremely OP >give card 8/10 Well, I gave them high ratings because besides the OP'dness they are epic. But they're still pretty OP'd.
