Cyber Laser Dragon******Machine/EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by tributing 1 face up "Cyber Dragon". During each of your Main Phases, you can destroy 1 monster with ATK or DEF is lower then this card's attack points. This card's name is treated as "Cyber Dragon" while in your hand, your side of the field or Graveyard.2400/1800 fixed ;)the only pro Cyber Lazer has is that you can Special Summon it during the Battle Phase for some fun extra 2400 damage.
