Mr. Judgment Dragon
But think if you actually used all those cards and you didnt draw sinister. Thats a deck with holes.
Not relevant. That's the luck of the draw.
I agree with what you're saying, but why not think in "the meta"? Thats what you would be in, and one persons meta isnt another persons meta. People should stop using meta like that. Metagame is what people use around you, like at your hobby shop or city/state. If you're thinking about nationally or internationally then you can talk about the game generally.
Regardless of the Meta, the Effect of a card is still the same and as a result, regardless of the Meta, a banworthy card is still banworthy. Anyone that thinks recurring discard fodder like Sinister Serpent isn't bad for the game really needs to stop sucking at the game. Cards with discard costs in most cases have them for a good reason. Refer to Lightning Vortex.

Sephiroth_The_Legend
Both are good Both are bannable. Both serve two different purposes. One as infinite Tribute fodder One as infinite Discard fodder
LOL OT:Sinister is broken. But Konami can make it unbroken by removing discard costs from all cards requiring them, thus making half the cards in the game bannable. It's broken. Get over it, people.
Tickle Me Emo
Raigeki should be legal. It's almost useless for anything else besides killing all monsters your opponent controls.
OH MY GOD ITS CRAB HELMET! I havent seen you on here since before I quit YGO for a year and 3 months! OT: Sinister Serpent is, as said throughout the entire topic, infinite discard fodder which allows you to play anything that needs a discard effect. From the well known cards such as Lightning Vortex, Pheonix Wing Wind Blast, Dark World Dealings, Hand Destructions, this helps less playable cards to be stronger if they are played, such as making Armed Dragon Lv 10 a costless Raigeki, along with making the already great Brionic, Dragon of the Ice Barrier a free bounce as well as the much less played and far inferior Abyss Warrior. In addition to these examples Drill Warrior also comes to mind being even better than ever now having a costless RFP then coming back and taking anything back to hang along with the serpent you discarded through serpents own effect. Banned for good reasons.
