It is said that if it was at least 100 ATK stronger, it would at least have some good point against Monarchs. I like the Continuousness of LV7's effect. There was that 1500 ATK Beast-Warrior monster that either attacks directly or doubles its ATK for 1 turn, don't remember the name but that's a semi and a new card. =0 packs from Judgment Dragon back to Archlord Zerato got lots of nomis.
