Toffee.
RFP, now-a-days, tends to be more effective then spinning. And Caius is a staple for Birdman decks, as it also gives access to Locomotion R-Genex
Darkest Hour
Raiza's targets have a chance of coming back. Caius' don't.
Nathanael D. Striker
A must in any deck that uses D.D. monsters. Have Dimensional Fissure, D.D. Survivor, and D.D. Scout Plane on the field. Tribute Survivor. RFP Scout Plane to make your opponent lose 1000 Life Points and by the end of your turn you have 3 monsters. Mr. Judgment Dragon
Best Monarch alongside Raiza. Caius only wins out against Raiza because of its splashability.
Superdoopertrooper
Raiza's targets have a chance of coming back. Caius' don't.
I thought running triple Caius would be a great idea. I had removed 3 of my opponents monsters from play and I couldn't work out why he looked so calm. Then he activated Return from the different dimension........ I actually think Raiza is better this format. He can pull of some pretty lethal locks when combined with other cards. Caius is allure-able and splashable, but one thing no opponent sees coming is tributing Raiza for Icarus attack! Try this one day: set legendary jujitsu master and PWWB. Then tribute summon raiza next turn and watch your opponent cry as he has to wait 3 turns to draw his opening hand again. Game.
DARKPLANT RISING
Then he activated Return from the different dimension........
As far as I'm concerned, he's most likely a terrible duelist.

Sephiroth_The_Legend
he's terrible. and that one bad fact is negligible. its like summoning Thestalos and discarding your opponent's Mezuki. Although you got the hand advantage, you just fueled their grave. Having said that, you cant really say a card is bad cause of 1 combo that CAN happen but necessarily won't.
