Not bad at all. Requires a little work from your opponent, but most of your monsters could be low level/ATK. Also, it only counts your monsters in ATK position when comparing. The balancing factor is the restrictions on summoning and battle position changing, but two cards is well worth that investment.

The main reason I love this card is because it plays well in Des Lacooda control. SHUT UP IT'S GOOD. If it helps an unplayed Deck, it's good design.
