This is a +0 tutor that gets a wide variety of monsters (read: Tuners) directly into play for immediate Synchro shenanigans. And it's Quick-play. Let's set aside Malicious + Krebons - this a damn ridiculous card even without Mali. How did Konami NOT SEE THAT? I mean, it's like making a generic Level 6 Synchro that can steal monsters and has 2800 ATK. Imagine if they did something stupid like that. These days, it's still amazing in Psychic decks at one. Can be defensive or summon a Tuner/Nontuner for Synchros, and they can already swarm great.
