It's a living Lightning Vortex that hits both sides and returns to the hand. Cool with Black Ptera and Ultimate Offering, but aside from that, it's horribly inconsistent when other cards do it better. This is in no way broken unless it hit facedown monsters too. Or nuked the whole field for 1000 LP, had 800 more ATK, and could be summoned in an instant for no cost. Oh wait...

Fun card, but spirits, zombies, etc dont need it.
