It's a generic consistency increaser (more consistency = less luck involved) that works worse in more overpowered decks. Konami sometimes makes fantastic cards. Also while cold wave is still in activation you cant set anything....... you are open for direct attacks...... Monster reborn well i love the card xD but it needs ban:) i like when i saw monster reborn again i missed it really:) As for dark hole i think it should stay at limited for me at least.Too much cards that can counter it and besides sometimes its a dead draw when you have full monsters on your field.Plus dark hole wont get touched i believe because in japan they have infinities with scraps.... I actually vote Storm never comes back, but then again, I'm weird like that. Reborn will probably get banned again. It's a cycle with them. I believe Darksoul DID get released in the OCG, or soon will be, since they issued a ruling on it that made some people complain for some reason.
