When a Spell or Trap Card you control which targets a [s]Machine-Type[/s] [i]"Tech Genus" monster [/i][s]affects this card[/s] [i]you control[/i], this card's original ATK and DEF are halved. [/quote] Curiously even when they have that effect, in the series it was uses like...never...(or once)...Bruno just went -3 Himself to summoning Blade Gunner in Turn 1 Always...
