Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, the destroyed monster is removed from play, and this card gains 500 ATK.
Could have been a great card in cusual play if the requirment of letting this thing alive didn't involve a banned card. Konami, can you please remake this thing? ... Yuck. Discuss Mystical Beast of Serket (and not Millennium Scorpion, since it's just a piece of crap).

Zauls
Sort of a bigger version of D.D. Crazy Beast, but Crazy Beast is miles better, because it is actually possible to run in Advanced Format, and it doesn't require a Tribute Summon. ~British Soul~
i know, it's a scorpion, it makes no sense, (it should've been insect) besides serket was the original, besides it should be @0 next format cuz temple of the kings is @

Canadian
Most unuseful junk ever. If I ever see somebody playing Temple and this in a deck, I'm going to murder them.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
should have had it's other effect. Send it to the Grave, special any monster from hand, deck, extra deck..... might have been ok then.
Mehmani
I think the RFP cards it destroys, then gains 500 ATK is actually a nice beatdown effect. It only needs 1 tribute and it has 2500 ATK, which is a lot for a Level 6. If it didn't have the stupid Temple of the Kings requirement, it would have been a nice card. Lonk
Konami, please make a continuous spell card whose name is treated as temple of the kings (I know most continuous spell cards are terribad, but this monster seems to be pretty decent except for the requirement). Giant Mushroom?
I just think temple should of had the just "send this with mystical beast of seket to special summon" and not the trap thing. THEN it probably wouldnt be banned >_<

Toffee.
Serket, as it stands, is on par with Larvae Moth. But it would be so much better if Temple of the Kings were- owait, Temple is horribly overpowered.
evilfusion
I actually really like this card. What dooms it is the requirement of a banned card to even stay on the field, unless you use Skill Drain. And since Skill Drain is the only way to keep it alive, you should be running Summoned Skull or similar if you want to use this. I always seemed to think the SS effect was inherent to Serket, not the Temple, but that just makes it even sadder. No one will ever use this because Temple allows the FTKs and this wont be used even in Traditional. I never even knew it RFGed the killed monster. Awesome. Stupid Temple being broken. I have to run Millennium Scorpion if I want a similar effect...

Toffee.
Temple of the Kings: Once per turn, you can activate 1 Trap card the turn it is set. Serket: This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Set, or Special Summoned except when there is a "Temple of the Kings" on your side of the field. If "Temple of the Kings", on your side of the field, is destroyed, return this card to the top of your deck. At the start of you can Remove this card and 1 "Temple of the Kings" you control to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, deck, or Extra deck. [Rest of Serket's effect] .......... My re-make sucks. But at least it would "fair", right?
evilfusion
Hmm...I don't like Serket having the "can't be Summoned" part. That means Skill Drain can't even be used to play it. And I REALLY don't like the "return to top of deck" part. Although Giant Trunade could work the same way Toons for Toon World does, but still... Also, this card's summon effect was awesome with Cyber End Dragon.

evilfusion
Serket is good, except the card with it is broken. If the only real change to its effect is to give Serket more drawbacks plus weaken Temple's power, then it's less useful than the original.
