This card is awesome in Scraps. Level 9, only restriction is a Scrap Tuner. Like all Scrap Synchros (but Archfiend), you destroy one card you control, but unlike Scrap Dragon, this bounces -2- cards. And this has 3000 ATK, which is nice. Scrap Golem + Scrap Beast makes this easily, and it's not like level 9 is that hard to produce for Scraps anyway.

i havent learned alot aout scraps yet. All I know is they can kick @#$

Scraps revolve around destroying their own cards to get their effects, and can be incredibly disruptive to the opponent. STBL promises to make them even better, but I'll verify once YVD gets STBL cards.

Before going to the Wiki, I always LOVED how overpowered this would be with Level Eater.

Destroy Level Eater, send two to the hand. Special Summon Level Eater, redo. Do it until he's level four. After he's sent away from the field, summon another! Abuse Level Eater!

Also, this thing can use Level Eater five times. Summoning this with ONE Level Eater can send the entire opponent's field to their hand in one turn, no matter what. Loving the possibilities.

at our pre-release no-one pulled this card, i mean this and red nova were the only synchros (extra deck cards) that weren't pulled

Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon in an MSG build makes Scrap Mind Reader actually great because of this card.

Amazing card is amazing. Sorta disappointing that I MUST select 2 cards to return, not just one. But oh man, this thing clears fields for game.

Last night, I used Scrap Golem to Special Summon Scrap Chimera to my opponent's field. Then used Scrap Twin Dragon to bounce it to my hand. Then Normal Summoned it, Special Summoned Scrap Beast, and swung for game after turn 3.
