-Lightray Daedalus-
Determinated Daredevil and Blood Mephist HELL YEAH!!!! and OMG Dark Flat Top it is better than its anime counterpart!!!! Time Psyduck
"Ignoring it's Summoning Restrictions." Doesn't this mean you don't have to summon AIR RAID properly first? It's still nice, since it gets reactors out quicker to do the proper summon if needed.
Mysty
Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 [...] "Giant Bomber Airraid" in your Graveyard ignoring its Summon Restrictions. I never thought they would actually print that effect. Sure, you have to summon AIRRAID/SKY FIRE properly first, but holy crap! They also gave it the capability of summoning Reactor monsters to help create the SKY FIRE and the ability to Special Summon a Level 5 or lower Machine-type monster from your hand when this card is destroyed by a card effect. This will be very fun in WC11 or whatever WC game it gets put into.
That is not BKSS. [s]Understand what is or isn't BKSS first before using it so frivolously.[/s] Well maybe i shouldn't say that since its kinda rude of me and lots of stuff may seem like BKSS at first glance, though make sense after looking deeper into it. Only being able to Special Summon a Semi-Nomi monster from the Graveyard after is has been Special Summoned properly first is NOT a Summoning Condition. It is a GAME MECHANIC. Summoning Conditions are what is written on the card itself. Only those can be ignored with the text "Ignoring the Summoning Conditions".
evilfusion
It's the same system as Level Modulation and the higher LV Monsters (Horus 8, Armed 7/10). They need to have been properly summoned first to ignore their conditions. Which is fine, since this can help with the Reactor deck. I like this. Of course, I'm reminded of Ancient Gear Golem. The only card in the game that "can't be Special Summoned", but yet can be Special Summoned (Spell Gear, Ancient Gear Ultimate Golem).

evilfusion
Well, yeah, summoning graveyard Reactors coupled with Fake Explosion and the like would benefit the Reactor deck immensely. All that's needed is keeping this thing safe... *looks at Skyfire's effect* Oh right...
You cannot Special Summon a Semi-Nomi monster from the Graveyard/Remove from Game unless it has been Special Summoned properly first due to Game Mechanics, but nothing of that game mechanic says anything about Special Summoning from the Deck. That is why Spell Gear works just fine. The game cannot know if cards in the Deck cannot have been Special Summoned properly since they're still in the Deck so cards in the deck don't have that condition. I mean, they can never be considered to have been summoned if they're in the deck x.o Cards in the Graveyard/Remove from Game remember exactly how they were sent there: From the deck, from the field, destroyed by battle, etc.

Time Psyduck
Oh I see. The ignoring Summoning Conditions thing applies to revival. Still, it's one turn less for the Reactors to be sitting around on the field before AIR RAID is summoned, and obviously once you have AIR RAID this will keep bringing it back (as well as the Reactors to set up another one. We might even get lucky and have Konami apply the ruling that Summon Reactor has (that it can SS from the grave without AIR RAID being summoned properly first) although I doubt it. Also I wouldn't run 1 copy of AIR RAID (well, not especially because of this), not when I can have more fun. Next Question: How to summon it? evilfusion
Reactor decks might actually be mildly playable now. Limit Reverse/Damage Gate makes this lulzier.

evilfusion
You're running Machines if you're running a Reactor deck. The trick is just picking good DARK Tuners based on the levels of your Machines. Cyber is pretty easy.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Lets see, it gets revived by Limit Reverse and revives a Reactor or Air Raid. Opponents Turn: Lol free direct attack :3 Its good, just not that good.
evilfusion
Do you remember SKYFIRE's Effect? If they Summon a monster, that monster is destroyed, and they take 800. Or if they Set an S/T. So they need to waste a resource to even try to attack Dark Flat, and don't forget you can nuke one of their cards by discarding a card. Spamming SKYFIRE is going to be FUN. I just wonder when the TCG will get these...
-Berserker-
I like it when they release good cards for undersupported archetypes (VI Sams were not undersupported).
