There are an incredible amount of DARK Machine-type Tuners. The most useful of them all is probably Black Salvo because it can tune with either Cyber Dragon or Summon Reactor • SK to summon this. If you use Summon Reactor • SK to summon it, you can summon it back with Dark Flat Top.
In addition, Black Salvo can revive Trap Reactor • Y FI for a Level 7 Synchro.

It has the same summoning conditions as the other Dark Synchros, with the exception of Quilla
And as far as Reactors go, its effect is actually pretty decent.

Interesting, at least. Also gives Trap Reactor a boost.

As has been stated, Dark Salvo is basically THE Reactor Tuner, since it can revive Trap Reactor to go for BRD (or even drop AIRRAID if you're creative), and of course go with CyDra or Summon Reactor for this. Now the only major problem is that there are only three reactors. If there were a few more, it would be easier to base a deck around them. Maybe a Monster Reactor for Effect Monsters? A Special Reactor that destroyed Special Summoned monsters might be nice, if a little uncreative.
