This like a weird version of Birdman, except it isnt a Machine

It actually seems pretty awesome.

Though I wonder if you could Mind Control something -> Remove it to Special Summon this -> Next turn the Mind Control's monster returns to your side and stays there.
Hilarious, but I doubt it works that way.

You could use its effect with something that activates when it's Special Summoned, such as Sacred Crane. And basically can be used to replace higher-level monsters with a low-level one for tuning. Though of course that is very situational.

Not really.
Like say you have a Caius that was there from last turn.
Remove Caius to Special Summon this -> Tribute this for a 2nd Caius -> Next turn the 1st Caius comes back and you have 2 Caius.
.......Or something like that.

I would run at least 2. The monster is not Special Summoned, just returned, so you can remove a Nomi like A-Zero and it will return anyways... But by the way this is worded, this needs to be face-up on the field to activate the second effect...

I don't think so. I would tell you the card that has a similar effect but is a Spell, but I can't remember its name for some reason. I would think that it would work the same, since the Spell doesn't remain on the field when the second effect activates.

SYMBOLS HYPERION!

Shine Ball + This = Formula

Shine Ball is Level 2. Talking of Symbols Hyperion, though. A new Agent monster has appeared in SD20. Just read it.

OT: The card has some potential, but Mystical Shine Ball needed to be Level 1...

Since nobody's mentioned it yet, I may as well mention that this is another of those cards that can make your Spirits remain on the field permanently.

Yeah, but seriously, who would use this in spirits |:

Anyone who ever even considered using Dimension Hole, for a start, since at worst this is a Dimension Hole that eats one attack.

>Dimension Hole

Stopped reading.

iirc Future Visions is the best way to keep Spirits on the field?

Future Visions doesn't let your monster attack the turn you Normal Summon it (and those big spirit guys need to attack to get their effects) and makes you lose everything if it gets destroyed. Oh, and it and Mausoleum can't both be used.

Obviously, if you're running a deck with the good Spirits that get their effects when they're Summoned, you don't use stuff like this. This is for the cool Spirits that give you five cards every turn, despite not being meta-worthy.
