Your argument is invalid. As mentioned earlier, I kinda hate how there are generic Level 4 tuners without drawbacks. If such tuners didn't exist, this would have probably had its anime ffect. Either way, Summoner Monk bypasses it anyway. This thing will be great for summoning Dark Simorgh since it bypasses BTH. I don't think anybody will use it for its ATK-boosting ability.
