Mars is a 0/0 Effect monster that only gets its effect when "Sanctuary in the Sky" is active, and is immune to Spells.

This is a 2100 Synchro that gains regardless of if Sanctuary is out, loses ATK if your LP is less, and can revive for 1000 LP if it died in battle.

It's deffinitly one of the best lvl 7 Synchro's. The fact it requires just a LIGHT Tuner is such a small cost.

As said before, if you have Light tuners in your deck, why the hell not?

i agree with you, if you're running a light deck i.e fairies than it's SS requirements aren't a problem (especially if all the tuners in your deck are LIGHT)
