zeldaduderox
Okay sorry If I'm postion in the wrong section, please move this thread if you need to admins Anyways, while I was at the STBL sneak peak (Pulled an ulti glow-up bulb baby!) I was looking through my commons/rares (hee hee heat wave misprint) and I was looking at a card called "Defenders Intersect". Firsty- I love this card's uber epic pwnage artwork. secondly, I was reading over this card (sorry to lazy to scan my own picture) and it says, "Activate only during the Battle Phase. Defense Position monsters your opponent controls are changed to face-up Attack position, and their effects are negated." firstly, the whole change to attack position thing is good but in my opinion not broken. Secondly, the "effects are negated part" seems slightly broken in my opinion. There's no cost first of all. I once had a duel with two Blackwing Armor Masters on my opponent's side of the field, and I was in trouble. The next turn I summoned Colossal Fighter and it basically saved me the duel and let me win that match. Because even if he destroyed it, it would summon back. If he could've used Defenders intersect that would've screwed me. And if you run enemy controller, you could make monsters into DEF if you want to negate their effects. Heck, you could get rid of a stardust easily this way. I would think he's broken but then again I'm not the best at this stuff. (lol at first I didn't see the significance in Rescue Cat.) Of course this card can be only activated during the battle phase so it sort of dies the effects down a tad. What do you think? will it be semi-limited, limited, banned?? (doubt it lol) or remain the same. Discuss
evilfusion
It's useful, but not broken. It's a Skill Drain for all the opposing monsters your opponent controls, including facedowns, and moves them into ATK position. Some decks might use it, others might not. It's not so powerful that'll need a limiting.
zeldaduderox
If you use this on an XX-Saber Darksoul could it still search? cause wouldn't it activate in the graveyard?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Wait. Does the negation effect work on all of their monsters, or only the ones which are changed to attack position? Because of that's the case, then this card is only slightly useful. zeldaduderox
Ooh didn't think about that. I'd assume it would only mean the ones changed to attack position though, as I think "their" is what it is referring to.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
And it says "Defense Position monsters" at the start... This is yet another unneeded anti-defense card. WHY DO YOU KEEP MAKING THESE?!
evilfusion
...aww, now the card just sucks. Wording indicates only the monsters switched to ATK position lose their effects.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
It's an A-hole card to use against Scapegoat, Cluster Pendelum, and all of those cards, or even your own Ojama Trio.
Toffee.
This card =/= broken Oh, and Stardust can still use its effect, even though you hit it with this.
Are you sure? It doesn't say "face-up" like it does on Skill Drain, and it also doesn't say "Until the End Phase" or anything like that. EDIT: Never mind. Forbidden Chalice confirms how bullcrap effects are.

zeldaduderox
Heat wave? I doubt it will get limited honestly, maybe semi but it's much more of a drawback then cold wave. spells/traps? for one turn I could deal without them. But monsters? IDK. and ofcourse you could still summon normal monsters. You could get out the beatstick synchroes like Scrap Archfiend.

Catterjune
Card looks pretty awful to me. Mostly commonly run monsters have a higher attack then defense, and wouldn't be in defense mode in the first place. I suppose it could be decent anti-Ryko, but I haven't played in forever so I don't know if people still run Ryko enough for this card to be decent
