Even if it's not a "planet", it's still one of the Greek Gods, and therefore holds basis in being part of the pantheon. They're interesting, but none of them really speak to the original Agents. They have nothing to do with Life Points. And even if you take into consideration the newest Agents, Neptune still doesn't follow the theme, as it does nothing to add or move monsters.

Pluto's effect with Sanctuary shouldn't be mandatory but rather be optional. Adding "you can" would suffice.

Funny thing is, Konami will probably make cards along these lines down the road. Good stuff.
