~NOiSE~
Is there any reason to play this archetype other than screwing with your friend's LIGHT deck? Not all of them have effects directed at LIGHT monsters, but that seems to be generally what they're used for. Are they really that limited? .Nu-13
Yes they are. If they ever get a card that changed every monster in opponent's Deck, hand, field and Graveyard to LIGHT, they'll be better
CommanderVolt
You can pick off duelists in WC Games that you know only use LIGHT monsters. It's pretty funny doing it actually.
Master Hyperion
Catastor and Decisive Arms are the only truly palyable ones, since they don't waste your space in your Main Deck, Catastor doesn't only kill LIGHT monsters and Ally of Justice Decisive Armor is just there for the sake of being a Level 10 generic. Konami flipped the stupid switch to on when they made this unplayable pieces of garbage archtype. How on earth did Konami even think on making this mess actually playable when they came up with the concept? Oh wait, someone on the drawing board got creative and made up a generic doom scenario that nobody cares about it that involves 2 terrible archtypes battling each other to the dead while being helped by other archtypes that are far superior than those 2 waste-of-trees archtype and just print it out for the sake of it. So yes, that's the only reason to play them, just hope that your opponent's play LIGHT monsters and hopefully you don't get s*** on by any kind of removal. And yes, I mad. Mugendramon
I'd say these were made in a time where Anti-Meta was needed and the Dawn of Koa'ki Meirus was not yet there. A time where Chaos Decks were totally screwed without LIGHT Monsters. A time in which One had to bow before a Chaos Goddess (wait, really?!). ...Right now, they waste trees by supporting them. shadowferret
Allies Of Justice have little to no synergy... I think they're only there for the sake of having more Synchro monsters in the Extra Deck and possible Side Deck material. Which makes me sad. They're such tools. =/
Just Crouton
Some of them can be used as Salvo targets in Machina Salvo...but in that case, Mechanicalchaser and Dekoichi are better.
EHN.
Very situational, the only ones really worth running are the Synchro's, Field Marshall is good for players that lack Mist Wurm.

Jord200
AOJ were pretty much made to kill Lightsworns. Thats really the best thing for them.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Field Marshall is also generic, but not worth the cost of Summoning. Cyclone Creator is really only useful in a Tuner-heavy deck, and Enemy Catcher is a FD-only card... They're meh, but everyone knows that Catastor is an amazing card. Saturn of Elemia
I have DNA Transplant in my Ally of Justice deck to MAKE their monsters LIGHT. It's not a perfect strategy, but it REALLY freaking helps.
Luis2
Ally Salvo becomes Icarus Attack with DNA Transplant. In WC 2009, the AI will not attack your facedown Ally Salvo when you have DNA Transplant faceup on the field. They know what you're trying to do. You can stall the duel like this until DNA Transplant or Ally Salvo gets removed from the field by an effect.

Mehmani
Catastor is the only one that is actually a really good card. Rest are mediocre to terrible. Waste of space archetype.
