For Steelix: Each time you take damage from [font="Arial Black"]this[/font] card's effect
As for Shiny Rapidash, it seems to similar to Typhlosion. Also, its last effect is too powerful. Make half the total amount of DEF of the monsters you destroyed (or something like that).
