Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Bounce things like Gravity Bind? Brio Fuel? Etc.
Cards that prevent it from declaring an attack in the first place cannot be returned the hand, as it cannot even begin to declare an attack in the first place. Just like you can't pay the cost for Lightning Vortex when you can't activate Spells.
Blake
Touche. Sorry, had a thought lapse. It happens. Also, there are other such cards to be bounced, I'm sure.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
It's a common mistake made about this card. I only knew it because I looked it up a while back. If it worked like that, it would be a much more useful card, and possibly splashable in Level 3 Beatdown.
Just Crouton
Use Red Screen during your opponent's Battle Phase, bounce it with this, then rinse and repeat to troll your opponent. Summon with Marauding Captain, bounce it with this, then summon Marauding next turn for 3 monsters, bounce again, summon again for 4 monsters, and so on... Giga Hand
And Konami acts as though its effect is a drawback. Seriously, there are lots of ways to abuse this. And even if you can't, just set a spell/trap, return it, then set it again. Or return Mist Valley Thunderbird, which summons itself. Ooh, ooh! Try this! evilfusion
A nice card, capable of abusing a number of continuous effects, such as the aforementioned Future Visions or Call of the Haunted. In lack of all else, just bounce a dead card. Being Winged Beast gives it access to Icarus Attack, and being Wind makes it useful in Dark Simorgh builds. Mist Valley doesnt have enough specific support to comment on its use in that deck, but Blackwing/Mist Valley hybrids with Simorgh can use this really well. 2000 ATK is nothing to complain about. .Nu-13
Konami was drunk when they made it. They thought that it's a DRAWBACK? It only makes Falcon more abusable. To sum this topic up: Psi-Falcon
Canadian
Might Tech into Birdman Monarchs. The only real merrit this guy has, to me, is its 2000 ATK. I just don't find bouncing your own cards that useful.

Sotos
Also, the very simplest, swords of revealing light and, after 2 turns falcon effect, then play SORL again for another 3 rounds... Or Set a Spell / Trap, return it, then re-Set it for no cost...
