Gadgets

Everyone is mentioning Machine Gadgets.

Gadget decks were pretty infamous for a while, due to the plethora of one-for-one removal cards coupled with a Gadget's ability to maintain advantage by obtaining another Gadget from the deck whenever summoned, thus ensuring a monster in your hand next turn, and still being able to use standard destruction effects to reduce the risk of the low ATK of the Gadgets. This style did result in a lot of generic removal getting limited for a short time, and the Gadgets themselves got semi-limited.

Machina Gadgets apply the same sort of play, with Fortress being able to pay for itself combined with a dead/spare Gadget in the hand. Having 2 gadgets in hand let you revive Fortress from the graveyard, and Fortress' disruptive effects make it harder to eliminate.

Ultimate Offering also provides Gadgets with an OTK, as with just any Gadget and Offering, you can cycle through several cards in your deck and fill your field, all without losing further hand advantage.
