King of Nothing
Royal Oppression = Your Best Friend. You could also use a "Vanity's Fiend".

A sense of humor is much appreciated. As for the topic, I agree that Royal Oppression and Vanity's Fiend are good ways to hinder Gladiator Beasts. Corridor of Agony has a lesser effect, as it negates the effects of Special Summoned monsters and prevents them from attacking. Not quite as effective as Royal Oppression, but it doesn't have a cost. El-Rrey
It also depends on the deck you are playing: for example as a LS player, i side Smashings and Chilvaries against them. It works pretty well! Also, i heard that Cydra's and BoM's were nice for this match-up, not sure though.

Hippocampus
Divine Wrath works pretty well if you don't mind discarding. Also Effect Veiler is a good negation for contact fusions like Heraklinos.

OT: If you don't mind being hated by friends, just run Oppression. Otherwise you should build another high-tier deck that can beat it.

Sotos
GLADS R AWZUM NUTHING CAN BEAT EM!!!1!11!!! (Yeah, I run Glads...) Seriously now, it depends on theconstruction of the glad deck... Usually, a normal high tier deck backed with royal oppression should do it... Some glads can be beaten easily by remove decks as well (not fissure glads, for all of you trolls out there)... My top 2 experiences with a glad deck: -With Ancient Glads: Beat up unusually easily some X-Sabers (they are overall not that good against glads...) -With normal Glads: Got beaten up by a Skill Drain deck (if your friend doesn't run MSTs and Dust Tornadoes, and you want him to hate you, this is the way...)
