Banning Laevatein would make the structure deck pointless too. I vote for Laevatein to be @1 so if you can deal with it than your good. Plus Aklys' new ruling makes Laevatein alot less busted. Putting Canyon @ any number wouldn't fix the problem because Terraforming exists. It's not just busted in Dragunities yanno?
