Canadian
I find myself asking the question of which to put in my deck when theres only room for one of these. Both are amazing, no doubt, and both have different uses which have changed alot about Yugimonz. When I'm playing however, I always find myself in the situation of "Darn, I really wish my facedown was Mirror Force right about now" or "Darn, my opponent just summoned a bunch of monsters in one turn" (lol abridged). Vote for which one you think is better and discuss why you chose so.
The Sleeping Dude
actually it hard to choose these two as they are the trap staples i only know so why will you fight with these two if they are trap staples anyways mirror force is better with me because torrential tribute is bad only when the stakes are high and your opponent is so smart he didn't summon and he attack you wide open. mirror force also has bad sides because it is destroyed with the effects like Judgment Dragon and Demise, The King of Armaggedon unless both TT and MF are in the field.. complete protection! Sephiroth_The_Legend
play Both. Both serve different purposes, both have different conditions to be activated. If you have room for both, run Both. if you don't, make room.
Master Hyperion
Run both. But if you really had to choose, Torrential Tribute is superior just by the simple fact that it's so much easier to activate then Mirror Force and is an excellent respond to common swarm combos, since Mirror Force get blown to pieces while they're swarming at the same time, since there's atleast 1 monster which is an anwser to the opponent's backrow. Lolz Dialgaz
tt can backfire on your own monsters plus mirror force being easy to get now and destroying all face up attack monsters alongside its counterpart dark mirror force, mirror force gets my vote. HaouJudai
I find I won't run dark hole or torrential and lean towards running only mirror force. Torrential or Dark Hole imo can change a game momentum so completely and dark hole is a faster version. Complete staples. A must in any deck. Except mine. But I'm a terrible player. If I don't 'feel' a card fits the decks' overall synergy I won't put it in. The only deck I run torrential and dark hole are fortune ladies because it activates lady light. Yeezus
If I could only play 1 I'd play TT, it's too good. Mirror Force is good as well, but TT <
Dr. Cakey
If you don't have Dark Hole urdoinitwrong. Because of it, there's also not so much of a need for TT.
BDKMRV
Torrential Tribute clears both player's monster zones while Mirror Force clears all opponent's attacking monsters. Overall, I like Mirror Force, but Torrential Tribute is right next to it because of Sangan.
Buttercup
Mirror Force in control, TT in everything else.
Canadian
TT can also be used on your turn setting yourself up for OTK's. 1 TT 0 MF in Quickdraw for me.
~British Soul~
TT ftw, though i can find room in my deck for both this and MF
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Personally I would prefer to prevent a card from getting the chance to attack altogether, but mirror force seems more splashable.
Toffee.
According to Pika, Needle Ceiling is "better" then Torrential.
"Darn, my opponent just summoned a bunch of monsters in one turn"
That "bunch of monsters" would still die to either of the above mentioned cards

DARKPLANT RISING
Mirror Force, it can be activated more easily.
Monkeymadman
Mirror Force: Only destroys opponents monsters easier to play If your opponents summons a monster and you have a card that you'd like to send to the graveyard, that could be a particulary devastating combo, or you could use monster reborn. Overall get mirror force, if an opponent has 3 monsters, there not likely to summon another one.

I couldn't choose any of the three cards over another.
Sotos
Tribute, tribute, and again tribute... Although it actually depends on what you're playing against... If there isn't enough space for both, I'd suggest Side Deck...
