No, the Larvae Moth achievement is only "get" able if you win the duel with it, agenst Yusei. And it gives you 3000 points.

But you can summon it with vayu by removing an armor wing *burned with fire*

He's like, just skin and bone.

My friend made a deck just to summon this. I told him it was stupid and there were better things to revolve a deck around, but he went nonetheless and summoned this at least twice in each duel.
