Canadian
It was the reason Equipment Cat could exist. Pro Tip: Running 3x of an Equip makes this card able to add one to your hand regardless of the options! [s]inb4obvious[/s]

Anbu-of-Sand
Pro Tip: When selecting 3 Equip Spells, pick 3 of the same one to guarantee you'll get it. But seriously, the card is pretty fun to use. Decent stats, decent effect, I like it. I don't see it used outside of Morphtronics though.

Mehmani
Fun card that made Equips somewhat playable. Equip Morphs were pretty terrible, to be honest, but Equip Cat was actually a decent deck.

Zauls
Gigavise. That's about it. Makes it work though, so it's useful in that way. The only problem in Gigavise is the lack of field clearance making the OTK a bit bad, and Gigavise isn't the most consistent deck in the world either. evilfusion
I expect that Morphs use it because Scopen can bring it out in a flash, and they have that Power Tool C+D card that works on either Power Tool or Morphs, plus some machine support like Limiter Removal. Hard to use aside from in Equip-centric decks. I hate the idea of "random selection" though. It's inconsistent unless you pick 3 copies.
Morphs don't have enough decent targets for C&D (read the other requirements on the card for a sec). Honestly, the only valid card you'll see most Morphs carry that can equip it is Boomboxen.

EHN.
Since radion is a thunder, I still really can't see any use of this in any morph decks, apart from bad equip morphs that run 3 Videon, or some deck with 3 scopen that focuses on equipping C&D to Power Tool. Last format Equip Cat (could actually otk) and gigavise are the only 'meta-ish' decks that I can see this being ran in.
