It's way too slow and cloggy. It's good at what it does, but it doesn't do it efficiently. Best use I had in one duel was activating it to search Tanngnjostr when a monster was attacked, and Special Summoning it when my monster died, then using its effect the following turn. Nordics arnt even out on the Tcg and your saying that there are overpowered. But on topic, nordics look like a really fun deck. I wouldnt mind playing them. This allows you to effectively search for your Tanngnjostr, which is the best card in Nordics, without your opponent knowing before it's too late, and easily drop it next turn.
