Canadian
They should have called it 'dimensional unbalanced'. Immediately end the Battle Phase. The monster which was destroyed is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, and the monster who destroyed the Special Summoned monster by this effect is removed from play. Discuss what would happen if this came to TCG. inb4itsat1indmg

evilfusion
Aki referred to this card as having a "terrifying effect". It's pretty OPed. Her summoning Stardust (and everyone's reactions) was epic and hilarious, even though I thought it was super-obvious what card Yusei gave her. Didn't reduce my pleasure at watching it come true. It's pretty similar to D-Prison, except it allows a monster to have been destroyed and damage to be inflicted, just reverses the destruction. Ending the Battle Phase was just a bonus. Catterjune
Seems pretty overpowered IMO. Off-topic: Did Aki win the duel?

On topic: If this were released in TCG, it'd be something like this: Activate only when one of your monsters is destroyed through battle. Immediately end the Battle Phase. The monster which was destroyed is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, Remove from play the monster that attacked it and the special summoned monster at the end phase. Anyone agree? evilfusion
To be fair to Aki, Andore had a massive advantage of 12 SPC to their 0 after Jack crashed. They almost lost by default because of this. He also had Thunder Unicorn already out. But in her second turn, she Summoned Black Rose Dragon and Stardust Dragon in one turn, which would have won her the duel if it weren't for this card. Catterjune
No she lost...
That's one of the things that bugged me the most about Yu-Gi-Oh. We're told that Mai/Alexis/Aki are all supposed to be epic duelists, yet we very rarely, if ever see them win a duel on screen. Mai only ever one twice, against some throwaway villain and against Joey, but it was a "heroic sacrifice" kind of thing on Joey's behalf so it barely counts. Alexis only won four times IIRC, once against that Shadow Rider guy who used Archfiends in the Abandoned Dorm, once against her brother, once against some throwaway villain (but she was evil at the time, so it hardly matters) and once in a Doubles Tournament, but that's 'cause she was paired with Jaden at the time and Jaden never loses. Aki, don't know much about her, but I assume the comparison continues? It's not even a "they're so sexist so it sucks" kind of things, but when the protagonist is the only one who can even win a duel, it gets to be annoying. I felt the same way with Tyranno and Syrus versus those two Monarch guys in Domino City. ... But enough ranting! Dimensional Balance. I'd main it. Probably. Edit: Upon the slightest bit of thinking, I realized Dimension Prison does it better. It doesn't need a monster on your field, and can avoid the whole "this monster can't be SS-ed" thing. The only thing this has over D-Prison is the "end the Battle Phase" thing, but the whole "you need a monster" thing might make it much more of a gamble. evilfusion
Aki was far more epic and deadly of a duelist until after episode 64, when she rarely ever dueled, took the obligatory female role as a supporter/possible love interest, and her duels were typically irrelevent. As of now, she's the only Signer to have never battled a Machine Emperor, since the WRGP match gave Crow and Jack shots at the Emperors. Jack holds the honor of being the only duelist besides ZONE (probably) to face all 3 Machine Emperors. Unlike Mai and Alexis, Aki actually was a good duelist, but her character theme revolved around pain, destruction, and anger. She mellowed out after the Dark Signer arc, so...that kind of fell flat. Got to love Glow Up. OT: Some people might say this card, while powerful, isn't good enough because it requires you to actually let them kill one of your monsters and accept the damage, rather than just using D-Prison itself. Canadian
^ Thats the only real difference between this and dimensional prison. prison doesn't require a monster, but it doesn't end the battle phase (not too useful, still good though) and it can't net +'s (which can be gained via cards like sangan, dandylion, ect...) I'd actually be very happy to see this released. Probably wont, but still.
