First the one saying that the deck would exist, then one saying when some of the cards were released, then again when another one was released, then another when it came out in Japan. The next one is going to be when the TCG decklist comes out. On topic of the deck itself, the OCG one looks great. I hope it isn't changed too much, or at the very least we get it. Perfect Herald doesn't see much play because it's too inconsistent and too easy to play around now.
