[/quote] No, I mean giving us a garbage, horrendously outclassed card at anything higher than a common would be idiotic because of how badly it would tick people off to pull it. You only get one rare in a pack, and if this was a rare, super, ultra, or god forbid, Secret, then pulling this would ruin your day and make you hate Konami for making such a garbage card at a higher rarity. Like I said, it's outclassed by BLACK PENDANT. It gives the same ATK boost as Pendant, but only to two specific monsters. Pendant can go on any monster and when it's sent to the grave, it inflicts 500 damage. I could Set Black Pendant and get a payoff if they destroy it. I think it should be "Equip only to a "Harpy Lady" or "Harpy Lady Sisters" monster. It gains 500 attack. If this card is in your graveyard when you summon a "Harpy Lady" or "Harpy Lady Sisters" monster, you can equip this card too it." Then I would actually consider running it.
