Being the daughter of the Gym leader, Chuck, She was originally trained using fighting pokemon. Growing up next to the ocean, however, caused her to fall in love with water pokemon. Her father decided that it was impractical for the daughter of a Fighting-Type Gym leader to use water pokemon and forbid her from going to the water. After this, Falicia began to have bad relations with her father. After one of her fightes with her father about her going to the ocean, Falicia ran away in the middle of the night. Using the help of her friend, Kabuto, She escaped to Olivine City and then to the pokemon Acadamy where she quickly grew. After spending two years in the Acadamy, she is one of the best students in the school. Her friend Kabuto has since evolved and she has added a large arsenal of pokemon to her belt. Personality: Falicia is a loud and outspoken girl. She loves to show off her pokemon in elegant ways and show the power of water pokemon. She can be a bit cocky and extreamly overconfident at times, expecially after she has beaten a long time opponent. She has a soft side for pokemon and an even softer side for cute boys. All this aside, Falicia is one of the best friends you can have. She is loyal and Heartwarming to her friends and won't let anyone harm them if she can help it. She has a crush on one of the boys at the acadamy. After a year of spending nearly every waking moment with the eevee it evolved into umbreon. Facinated with how Eevee evolved, she became motivated to learn all she could about pokemon. While in school she excelled at histroy and science making pokemon researcher a top field for her to go into. At 18 Ruby entered the Research field and quickly became world know as a lead on pokemon ancient history and mythology. After spending 4 years as a researcher she realized that it wasn't for her and left to become a trainer for a while. During this short time she became and lost the title of Champion in the Kanto Region.
