We still don't know how they work with Tokens, a lot of people don't understand that they are not level 0, but unaffected by ANYthing having to do with Level, and plus they would have to add a Rank option. A lot of the people that don't frequent TCG are probably half-oblivious if not completely. There would be a flood of players asking "What is Exceed?" and making cards that make no sense for an Exceed Monster. And no, there is still plenty to be learned. We also don't know what happens when they're flipped, for instance. And like I said, people still think that they can be used for Synchro Summoning, even though their level is not 0.
