Since someone else made it, I'll put in my two cents: For one reason or another, people like to run Iron Chain Dragon instead. Maybe because of its better DEF, but I don't know. Isn't mill supposed to be a bad thing? (though in my experience, it usually isn't harmful) There are a few replacements for decks that run more specific cards, such as Barkion, Psychic Nightmare, Dewloren, Queen of Thorns, and Splended Rose.
