Despite the griping WC10 got for not having TSHD and WC11 for not having EXVC, it should be noted adding/programming one or two cards is infinitely easier than an ENTIRE SET. Me adding YVD cards demonstrated that. It was a hassle and that's not even programming the rules and effects into the game, that's just putting text in a specific format. If they included, say, Infernity Beetle, you'd have to ask why they didn't include other Infernities from the same set.
