My Red Nova Resonator deck uses it because bringing out Red Dragon is key to the deck, and it already has Monster Reborn. The cost is simple, considering you probably still have the Synchro Materials in the Graveyard, and it doesn't force you to use Tuners or non-Tuners specifically. It also has the benefit of giving 0 restrictions on the effect, ability to attack, stats, or position. Best kept to decks focusing on specific Dragon Synchros and/or their upgraded forms. I really like that you can remove any number of monsters with no specifications as to their type (Tuner/Non tuner). Definitely a great card, just not necessarily for every deck. Well then summon Debris, special snowman eater/dandy/lonefire go black rose nuke, use this and get Black Rose back and attack.
