Wahrheit
WELP, Oregon finally got its wintery dose of wonderful white powder today and I don't have to go to school. I'm pretty stoked, Senior year is getting a little ridiculous and a break is just what I need. How's the snow treating you guys this year? Any fun memories to share? Fusion X. Denver
We had a ton of snow days this year. One morning, I spent 2.5 hours digging my car out though >__> Aside from maintaining my car, snow's cool. Haven't gone sledding in ages though :/
Wahrheit
The worst I've had until today was an iced winshield, but I've got spray stuff for that. I'm SO happy we have snow!

Cin
When I was at school we only ever had one snow day, the other days they struggled to stop the kids having snowball fights, and the Principal was stupid enough to stand outside at the beginning of school....prime target, I was surprised no one did. Usually tho, by the end of the day its just slush. We don't get much in the East of England.

Amethyst Phoenix
I think I have reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder. Snow and grey skies makes me happy. Also, it's like 10 below zero + wind with HUGE amounts of snow here and they never call snow days.

Saturn of Elemia
There are practically no snow days down in Louisiana. The last time I had an 'official' snow day was over 20 years ago - in Alaska.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Well, I had no snow days because I'm out of school now, but there's been some really snowy and frozen days for sure. Just the past two weeks it's been 9, 14, 15, and 10. Today was a reasonable 25 for the season, but one day was well below freezing and the whole house was like the south pole. Yang Xiao-Long
All the schools in East Tennessee were out for like all January due to being snowed out; West Tennesse only got like 5 snow days in January/February. Now the temperature's in the low 40s and it's just gonna be cold. I miss the sunny 70 degree weather.
Clair
It actually snowed in Arizona. o: Mind you, it was just a little, and I think our district panicked a bit in shutting the schools down. ><
Dark
> Boston We have four snow days to use per school year, and we've already used all four of them. And we've had two delayed openings and three early closings. >___<
Tourmaline
I'm surprised just a bit of snow surprised you (Americans and below, geographically) guys. It's very usual to snow. Actually, it's been snowing quite a bit the entire day, here. But here, this amount of snow is considered little, so we never get snow days. I, for one, don't mind it at all. Once every four years is still such a small amount, though. So what happens if there's a snowstorm?
