Since Exceed monsters don't have a Level, they aren't "Level 4 or higher". This is susceptible to almost all (if not all) the trap destruction, spell/trap destruction, and trap negation that exists. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 I think it's because Exceeds are unaffected that they think it's bannable. I don't think that's true in the slightest though. Even if it was as powerful as they think, having it limited to 1 means you can't base your whole deck around stopping the opponent's attacks while using your Exceeds. At most you would have 2 chances to draw a card that does this (Area B and this). Which doesn't give you room to build an entire deck around the strategy.
