1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
Each turn, this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters as the number of Synchro Material Monsters used for its Synchro Summon. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card declares an attack, you can select 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. Negate the effect(s) of that monster until the End Phase. Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0 during the turn this effect is used. This card is unaffected by any of your opponent's monster effects. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters on the field. Then, you can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck in face-up Defense Position. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) Whenever it battles, your opponent takes no Battle Damage.

There you go

Negate the opponent monster's effect in exchange for dealing no damage? That's a fine trade-off for taking down monsters that can't be destroyed in battle and take no damage anyway (Metaion, Yubel, defense-position Marshmallon, etc).

The summoned Shooting Star Dragon not dealing any damage is fine. Your opponent probably won't attack since you could just remove SSD and remove its condition.

Overall, I like it. It's guaranteed at least three attacks per turn and can have up to five (if you can somehow summon five weak Synchro Monsters). The most you'll most likely ever get is four, since five would require a card like Interdimensional Matter Transporter.

great card. I don`t think it`s hard to summon. Hyper Librarian + Hyper Librarian + Formula = 4 draws, this, and ultra nexus.

fix'd.

Anyways, this card is very interesting indeed. I was planning to just lulzily use D.D. Sprite with this, but then I forgot that Quasar would blow him/her up, then Quasar doesn't come back. Also, I might use Forbidden Chalice to make it able to attack directly, but I'm not sure if it keeps the multiple attacks effect, after the negation wears off.
Hmm... I don't know, I'm really not digging the whole, Stardust can't inflict battle damage, but wait.
If I send Stardust to RFP or Grave then Summon him back to the field, can he inflict Battle Damage again?

Summon this + Halberd Cannon + set Warnings and a Solemn = gg?

This card summons Shooting Star Dragon, not Stardust.

And yes, removing itfrom the field should remove its condition.

Am I the only one who actually thinks you'd be better off summoning Shooting Star Dragon? This seems a bit unnecessary and only a set few decks will actually be able to overextend enough to summon it. The anime effect IMO, was actually a nice reward for getting it out through all that effort.

I mean, if you can manage to summon this, you could and should be summoning T.G. Halberd instead.
